Please read these policies before booking your appointment.

Cancellations & Re-scheduling:

Your appointments are very important to me and I understand that adjustments are sometimes necessary.

Therefore, I kindly request 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation with no effort to re-arrange then the full fee of the service is to be paid via bank transfer. You will not be able to secure another appointment with me until this is completed

Repairs and refunds

Nail repairs are done for free for the first 72 hours post service, after this time frame they are considered ‘wear and tear’ and will be charged at £3 per nail.

Please bear in mind that I will also have to travel to you to do this so an extra travel charge may apply

Refunds are not given due to time and products used to carry out the treatments
